YouTube released its mobile portal which is available now for all WAP 2.0 devices with an included 3GPP video player.Unlike the web version, which is using Flash videos, the mobile version encodes videos in the 3GPP standard.
While mostly all 3G/UMTS devices supports 3GPP as well as 3GPP is the standard for video MMS.
